HiPe Computer Systems Start up - Brief History

The Mojority belive that working for others is the best solution. Yes it is because they work within some one's capital, resources, assets, and finally budget. But how that some one found the capital to start up his business is not the issue to employees. What do they wait for? Working and then get their salary at the end of the Month. 

Paying Vs Paid

Believe me or not the fact is One thing an employer does not want is paying more and One thing an employee does not want is to be paid less.

The Risk

Employers (like me) risk putting up business, employ people to work with and foot the lose if things does not work as budgeted or when clever employees keep on stealing from business. As a result the owner may run bankrupt and loose business.

The only benefit is, the owner works when he wants to work. He decides where to go and when, he decides how much money he can spend on what, he instructs others what to do and when, he mobileses, organises, and directs others, that is why we are simply called directors. Generally peace of mind from unneccessary pressure. 

Employees Some of them work for a short contract periods, either get fired or retired without setting up not even a small shelter or (Kantemba) for sweets and bubble gum sales.

An employee works withing programmed time. He can NOT decide where to go and when prior to permission, he can NOT decide how much company money he can spend on what without permission exept for his remotely controlled salary, he is instructed what to do and when, he is told when and how to mobilese, organise, and direct others if at all he can even use such a previlage. That is why they can not be  called directors. Generally no peace of mind from unneccessary pressure, they  always works in fear of penalties from some bosses who are very harsh who think they are small gods on earth, if not dismissal. But some bosses are very good since they work with all fareness and within work regulations.

With some of the above in mind, I decided to stop working for others and I have given myself some years to  try it out if I fail that is when I can seek employment again althaught it seems imposible at the moment.

I organised the sarting capital starting April 2006 from the gratuity, started serious salary savings, from that month upto December 2006 gratuity pay again.

Things worked as I planed and I finally I opened my business in Mazabuka starting with an INTERNET cafe on 19th may 2007. I slowly introduced my self to various companies and farmers who also contact me to do business with them.

From there things are happening.

 

 

Internet Cafe is built on broad band supplied by ZAMNET COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS. The link is reliable. We have done our own network. All the routers, switches, configurations and cabling are done by HiPe Computer Systems for both wireless and wired.

We have one shared printer for all Cafe printing jobs. We also have a high quality scanner and we have an A4 Laminating Machine. The Internet Cafe is Located at Galaba House ZSIC building in the town center of Mazabuka Town in Roon F12 1st Floor.  

We provide Data transfer to various media using USB and in Built 4 different Types of Card Readers. We do Professional Typing of any kind of work including school work where we do printable Drawings, charts, diagrams, and Maps.

We sales Soft drinks and mineral water as part of customer's refreshments. 

 

HiPe Computer Systems and Cafe reaches all places where there is need. We use our own transport a portable Car Toyota Caldina. Our working days for any external service is Monday to Friday from 08:00 - 17:00 hours and Saturday from 08:00 hours to 12:00 hours.
